There’s no place like home — except maybe the beach. During peak summer seasons in the late 1960s, the three north Jersey Shore towns combined had more than 30 beach clubs. There generations of local families have enjoyed the sun and fun — making for lasting memories. In current days, they continue to thrive. Combined gross public beach revenues for the three shore towns could reach $5 million this summer.
